AZ Super Plumbers replaced the circulating pump for my hot water tank. The circulating pump provides instant hot water throughout the house. My circulating pump for my hot water tank was damaged – most likely from a power surge in the recent monsoon storm. After the power had gone off and on a couple of times, the pump started making an odd noise. I called AZ Super Plumbers to see if they had a replacement pump. They didn’t have my exact pump in stock but they said they could order it for me and have it in 2-3 days. As an alternative, they suggested a pump of a different brand that was inter-changeable for the one I had, and which they had in stock. I agreed to the well-known brand they suggested and we made an appointment for first thing the next morning.
My initial contact was with Kim (part owner) and she was very nice and helpful. She was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. John was my serviceman and he did an excellent job. He called to say he was on his way and arrived on time. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. He completed the job in a reasonable amount of time and left the area very clean. He answered all my questions, agreed that I should add a surge protector to my outlet, and suggested that I put the pump on a timer, which I did. John is very professional and the first thing I noticed was his well-groomed appearance.
From start to finish, I was very pleased with the work that was done and also with everyone I spoke with at AZ Super Plumbers. The bulk of the price was the cost of the pump. I thought their price was fair; it was less than their competitor’s. I would definitely use The Plumbing Store again.
I had been trying to deal with a slow moving shower drain on my own and finally realized I needed some professional help. I called AZ Super Plumbers and was able to schedule a visit for the following day. Cassi was thoughtful enough to send an email to me with photos of the technicians so I would know who would be at my door. Joel called before arriving and completed the job within the promised time frame and promised price. I will definitely call The Plumbing store again if the need arises. The only thing that would have made the experience even better would be the techs actually wearing a red cape!
had a bad leak in my master bedroom, water was coming up out of my carpet. I called AZ Super Plumbers and the lady was very helpful. Their schedule was full but she moved some things around to fit me in. She talked me though how so shut off my water until the plumber got here. The technician arrived with in a short amount of time, walked me through all of my options, and took care of the problem. I really like that they were professional, affordable, and left my room cleaner then when he arrived. I will definitely remember them in the future.
These folks are great. Came out on a Saturday to repair a serious leak and this was from a call at 4:30 on Friday over the Labor Day holiday. Need great help CALL THEM. I did and the work was well repaired and the price was extremely reasonable. Poor guy had to crawl under a mobile with at least 3 inches of mud. Water had been leaking for about a month.
